COMPLAINT
Flowers that have withered or been damaged on the same day as delivery are replaced with a new bouquet at no extra cost. For an approved complaint, the bouquet is required in return or a picture.
Flowers that wither within 72 hours are refunded with 50%, provided that the customer has followed the care instructions. For an approved complaint, the bouquet is required in return or a picture.
CANCELLATION
Cancel your order no later than 1 day before delivery. Cancellation is via email or phone. You will receive a confirmation by email of your cancellation.
